New Issue: UBS prices $1.57 million capped gears linked to basket of 10 stocks

Chicago, Aug. 29 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.57 million of 0% capped gears due Sept. 8, 2023 linked to an equally weighted basket of stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The stocks are Airbnb, Inc., Chewy, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Netflix, Inc., Paramount Global, Pinterest, Inc., PayPal Holdings, Inc., Shopify Inc., SVB Financial Group. and Block, Inc.

If the basket return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the basket return, subject to a maximum return of 42%. If the basket return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
