SVB Financial to sell senior notes via two bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., May 6 – SVB Financial Group plans to sell dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are the joint bookrunners, and SVB Leerink LLC is co-manager.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The financial services and bank holding company is based in Santa Clara, Calif.
