S&P: Suzano Papel to negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Suzano Papel e Celulose SA to negative from stable.

The agency also said it affirmed the BB+ ratings, including its corporate credit rating.

The outlook revision reflects the company's financial leverage, which is higher than expected, S&P said.

It also reflects the company's weak credit metrics, the agency said.

The ratings reflect the company's commitment to lower leverage, S&P added.
