Susquehanna Financial taps Pinto head of corporate bond strategy

Madison, Wis., Sept. 9 - Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP announced that Marc Pinto has joined the firm as the head of corporate bond strategy for the fixed-income business group.

Pinto joins Wen-Fu Wu and Satyam Mallick on the fixed-income strategy team. He will focus on the financials sector and is based out of Susquehanna's New York office.

Pinto has more than 20 years of experience in the fixed-income credit markets. Prior to joining Susquehanna, he was a sellside financial institutions analyst and credit research manager at Merrill Lynch. He also worked on the buyside as a co-portfolio manager of the KBW Credit Opportunity Fund at an affiliate of Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.

Most recently, Pinto was the group credit policy officer at Moody's Investors Service.

Pinto holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a chartered financial analyst.
