Susquehanna Capital's $100 million capital securities to price Tuesday

Omaha, Dec. 3 - Susquehanna Capital I launched a split-rated $100 million offering of 4 million capital securities Monday with pricing expected later Tuesday, an informed source said.

The securities (Baa2/BB+) will be priced at par of $25.

Bookrunners are Wachovia Securities and Morgan Stanley. JPMorgan is a joint lead manager.

Co-managers are Bear Stearns & Co. Inc.; Ferris Baker Watts Inc.; Janney Montgomery Scott LLC; Keefe, Bruyette & Woods; Oppenheimer & Co.; RBC Capital Markets; and Sandler O'Neill + Partners LP.

Proceeds will be used to repurchase the company's Capital Efficient Notes (CENts).

The financial holding company is based in Lititz, Pa.
