India's Suryachakra Power may issue convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 21 - Suryachakra Power Corp. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans a board of directors meeting on Nov. 29 to consider issuing convertibles.

Securities may also include convertible warrants.

Suryachakra is a Hyderabad, India-based power company.
