S&P revises Avnet view to stable

S&P said it revised its outlook on Avnet Inc. to stable from negative and affirmed the BBB- corporate credit rating on Avnet, including the BBB- issue-level rating on the company's unsecured debt.

“The outlook revision to stable from negative reflects our expectation that Avnet will maintain leverage below 3x (approximately 2x at March 31, 2018) because of stable business operations,” S&P said in a news release.
