New Issue: Latin America's Sura sells $500 million 4 7/8% 10-year notes at 230 bps spread

Atlanta, April 14 - Colombia's Sura Asset Management priced $500 million 4 7/8% 10-year notes (expected ratings: Baa2/BBB+/) at 99.57 to yield 4.93%, or Treasuries plus 230 basis points, a market source said.
BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Sura is a pension fund administrator in Latin America, with main operations in Chile, Mexico, Peru and Colombia.
