Superior Energy to start roadshow Monday for $300 million eight-year notes via Bear Stearns, JP Morgan

St. Louis, May 12 - Superior Energy Services, Inc., will run a Monday-Tuesday roadshow for a $300 million offering of eight-year senor notes, according to market sources.

The notes are expected to price on Wednesday.

Bear Stearns & Co. and JP Morgan are joint bookrunners for the notes, which are being sold via Rule 144A with registration rights.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to fund the tender for the company's 8 7/8% senior notes due 2011 and for general corporate purposes.

Superior Energy is a Harvey, La.-based provider of specialized oilfield services and equipment focused on production-related needs in the Gulf of Mexico and drilling-related needs in the Gulf of Mexico and select international markets.
