New York, July 13 - Aviva plc settled a private placement of stock for £903 million.
The company sold 129 million shares at 700p each to institutional and other investors.
JPMorgan Cazenove, Hoare Govett Ltd. and Morgan Stanley & Co. International were the joint bookrunners for the offering.
Aviva is a life insurance provider with headquarters in London.
