Sunshine Gas to redeem A$4.1 million convertibles

New York, June 2 - Sunshine Gas Ltd. announced it will redeem its A$4.1 million of convertible notes on July 13 at par.

The notes were issued in 2003 with a face value of A$0.40 per note.

Shareholders have the option of converting their notes on a one-for-one basis for Sunshine Gas shares.

Based in Brisbane, Australia, Sunshine is a natural gas exploration company.
