Aviva Investors high-yield, core funds plan to liquidate on Nov. 7

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Oct. 24 - The board of trustees of the Advisor's Inner Circle Fund said it will close and liquidate the Aviva Investors High-Yield Bond Fund and the Aviva Investors Core Aggregate Fixed-Income Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective immediately, the funds are closed to new shareholders and additional purchases by existing shareholders. Each fund is expected to cease operations and liquidate any remaining assets on a pro rata basis on Nov. 7. Shareholders may redeem their shares prior to the liquidation date.

The funds are managed by Kansas City, Mo.-based Aviva Investors North America, Inc.
