Sunrise Medical to launch €445 million term loan B on Thursday

New York, March 12 – Sunrise Medical (Cidron Ollopa Holdings BV) will hold a lender presentation in London on Thursday to launch a €445 million seven-year covenant-light first-lien term loan B, according to a market source.

HSBC and Natixis are the global coordinators on the deal and boookrunners and lead arrangers with SMBC. Natixis is the agent.

The company is also getting a €122.5 million British pound-equivalent eight-year covenant-light second-lien term loan that has been pre-placed, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Commitments are due at the close of business on March 28, the source added.

Nordic Capital is the sponsor.

Sunrise Medical is a provider of mobility products.
