Sunoco Logistics in the market with offering of 10-year notes

Charlotte, N.C., July 7 – Sunoco Logistics Partners Operations LP is offering senior notes due 2026, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Sunoco Logistics Partners LP.

Mizuho Securities, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay outstanding debt and for general partnership purposes.

Philadelphia-based Sunoco transports and stores crude oil and natural gas.
