New Issue: China's Sun Hung Kai prices $350 million 6 3/8% five-year notes to yield 6.45%

Atlanta, Sept. 17 - Hong Kong-based Sun Hung Kai Properties sold $350 million 6 3/8% five-year notes at 99.684 to yield 6.45%, a market source said.
Standard Chartered and UBS were the bookrunners for the Regulation S-only notes, which include a change-of-control put at 101%.
Sun Hung Kai is a Hong Kong-based financial and securities holding company.
