Moody's assigns Sun Hung Kai notes A1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A1 rating to the proposed dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes due 2030 to be issued by Sun Hung Kai Properties (Capital Market) Ltd.

The notes will be guaranteed by Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd., which Moody’s rates A1.

Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The outlook remains stable.
