S&P affirms Avista

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its BB+ corporate credit rating and all debt ratings on Avista Corp. The outlook is stable.

S&P also affirmed Avista's BBB- senior secured rating, BB+ senior unsecured rating and BB- preferred stock rating.

S&P said the ratings on Avista Corp. reflect the consolidated credit profile of the company's utility business, its energy trading subsidiary Avista Energy and other small non-regulated subsidiaries.
