Sunac China Holdings picks bookrunners for dollar-denominated notes

Atlanta, March 27 - Sunac China Holdings Ltd. has mandated HSBC, BOCI International, Citigroup, ICBC (Asia), ICBCI Capital and Morgan Stanley for an offering of dollar-denominated notes, according to a company filing.

Proceeds from the Regulation S deal will be used to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.

Sunac China Holdings is a Tianjin, China-based residential and commercial property developer.
