Sunac China Holdings plans to launch roadshow for notes on Monday

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 4 - Sunac China Holdings Ltd. plans to conduct an international offering of senior notes and will begin a roadshow on or around Monday, according to a company news release.

Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch is the global coordinator. Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch International, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and UBS AG, Hong Kong Branch are the lead managers and bookrunners.

The Regulation S deal is subject to market conditions and investor interest. If the notes are issued, the proceeds are expected to be used to finance new land acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.

Sunac China Holdings is a Tianjin, China-based residential and commercial property developer.
