Discovery Equity Partners reports 6.1% stake in SumTotal Systems

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 10 - A group of SumTotal Systems, Inc. investors led by Discovery Equity Partners, LP purchased 1,080,860 shares of the company's stock between Sept. 11 and Nov. 7 at prices from $3.085 to $9.95 each.

The investors beneficially own 1,908,624 shares, or 6.1%, of the Mountain View, Calif.-based company, it was reported in a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

SumTotal provides learning and business performance technologies and services.
