SMBC pricing notes in three parts via its New York branch Thursday

New York, Jan. 10 - Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp., New York branch, is pricing notes (Aa3/A+/) in three maturities during Thursday's session, a market source said.

The offering includes three-year notes, five-year notes and 10-year notes.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Ltd. are the bookrunners.

The subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group is based in Tokyo.
