Virginia Beach, Oct. 14 – Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. priced $500 million of 2.45% green bonds (A1/A) on Wednesday at Treasuries plus 120 basis points, an informed source said.
Pricing was at 99.874 to yield 2.477%.
Bookrunners were BofA Merrill Lynch and SMBC.
Sumitomo Mitsui is a Tokyo-based financial services company.
