SugarHouse Casino to pay down bank debt with secured notes proceeds

New York, April 5 - SugarHouse Casino plans on refinancing existing bank debt using proceeds from a $235 million secured notes offering, according to a market source.

Remaining proceeds will be used for to repay vendor financing and for general corporate purposes.
