Moody's: Styrolution B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive B2 corporate family rating to Styrolution Group GmbH, a new 50:50 joint-venture between BASF Group and Ineos Group through the combination of BASF Styrenics, Ineos Nova and Ineos ABS assets.

Concurrently, Moody's said it also assigned a definitive B2 rating to the company's €480 million of senior secured guaranteed notes due in 2016.

The outlook is stable.
