New Issue: Stryker prices $600 million 3.65% 10-year notes to yield 80 bps over Treasuries

Tupelo, Miss., Feb. 26 – Stryker Corp. priced $600 million of 3.65% 10-year notes at 99.958 to yield 3.655% on Monday, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes (Baa1/A) priced with a spread of 80 basis points over Treasuries.

Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay the company’s $600 million of 1.3% notes due April 1, 2018 at maturity.

Stryker is a Kalamazoo, Mich.-based medical technology company.
