Stryker preparing to sell $600 million offering of 10-year notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 26 – Stryker Corp. plans to sell $600 million of notes (Baa1) due 2028, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call until three months prior to maturity and then a par call.

Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay the company’s $600 million of 1.3% notes due April 1, 2018 at maturity.

Boston Scientific is a medical device maker based in Marlborough, Mass.
