Moody's: Stryker unchanged

Moody's Investors Service commented that Stryker Corp.'s acquisition of Orthovita Inc. for about $304 million in cash has no effect on the ratings or outlook of Stryker.

Moody's said it believes that this moderate-sized transaction is very manageable in light of Stryker's healthy balance sheet.
