Moody's affirms Stryker

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Stryker Corp.'s A3 issuer rating and stable outlook following recent developments related to regulatory matters including receipt of a second Federal Drug and Administration warning letter and a voluntary recall of some of the company's products.

S&P said it believes the company's improved organic growth rates and cash flow capabilities combined with conservative financial policies should more than offset any near-term disruption related to the recall action.
