New Issue: Strike Petroleum completes PIPE, adding further $0.07 million for C$1.95 million total
New York, Aug. 18 - Strike Petroleum Ltd. completed its previously announced private placement, adding a further C$70,400 for a total of C$1,948,550.
In the final tranche, the company issued 61,217 shares on top of the previous 1,633,174 flow-through shares, all at C$1.15 each. The first tranche closed on July 31.
Proceeds will be used for Canadian exploration expenses.
Calgary, Alta.-based Strike is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
