Strides Arcolab board authorizes up to $100 million convertibles issue

New York, May 16 - Strides Arcolab Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved an up to $100 million issue of convertible bonds, Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts or other securities.

The India-based pharmaceutical company held the board meeting on Monday.
