Fitch gives AVIC notes A-

Fitch Ratings said it gave AVIC International Holding Corp.’s proposed dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes an A- rating. Wholly owned subsidiary AVIC International Finance & Investment Ltd. will sell the notes that AVIC will guarantee.

“The proposed notes are rated at the same level as AVIC International’s senior unsecured rating, as they will constitute its direct and senior unsecured obligations,” Fitch said in a press release.

The company expects to use the proceeds for refinancing debt.
