Strategic Advisers Growth Fund adds Morgan Stanley as subadviser

San Diego, Dec. 20 - The board of trustees of the Strategic Advisers Growth Fund approved on Dec. 1 the appointment of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. as a new subadviser of the fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Morgan Stanley joins ClariVest Asset Management LLC, Pyramis Global Advisors, LLC, Waddell & Reed Investment Management Co. and Winslow Management, Inc., the current subadvisers to the fund.

The filing also said that Vincent Zelenko has been appointed co-lead portfolio manager of the fund, effective January 2012.

Zelenko joined Fidelity Investments in June 2005 and has worked as a research analyst within Strategic Advisers' Investment Management/Fundament Research department. He currently is team leader of equity in Strategic's Asset Allocation division. Prior to joining Fidelity, Zelenko was vice president and an equity research analyst for JPMorgan in London.

The fund's investment adviser is Strategic Advisers, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston-based FMR LLC.
