Two Strategic Advisers funds add OppenheimFunds as subadviser

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Dec. 5 - The boards of trustees of the Strategic Advisers Core Fund and the Strategic Advisers Core Multi-Manager Fund announced changes to the subadviser and portfolio managers for the funds, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At a meeting held Dec. 1, the boards approved adding OppenheimerFunds, Inc. as a new subadviser to the funds. Oppenheimer joins existing subadvisers First Eagle Investment Management, LLC, Lazard Asset Management LLC, Pyramis Global Advisors, LLC and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

The funds have added Manind Govil and Benjamin Ram of OppenheimerFunds to the portfolio management team, which also includes John A. Stone, Collin Morris, Phillip Marriott, Andrew Lacy, Richard Tutino, Ronald Temple and Anna Dopkin on both funds; Lawrence Rakers on the Core Multi-Manager Fund and Vincent Zelenko on the Core fund.

The filing said that the basis for the board of trustees approving the new agreement with OppenheimerFunds will be included in the funds' annual report for the fiscal period ending May 31.

The filing also said that a meeting of the shareholders of the Strategic Advisers Core Fund will be held on Jan. 20 to approve an additional subadviser agreement with Pyramis, which has not yet been allocated a portion of the fund's assets to manage. Shareholders of record on Nov. 21 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.

Both funds are managed by Boston-based Strategic Advisers LLC.
