Fitch rates Aviation Capital notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Aviation Capital Group Corp.'s $600 million 7.125% senior notes due Oct. 15, 2020 a rating of BBB-.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

ACG is a direct subsidiary of Pacific Life Insurance Co. (A issuer default rating), which is the main life insurance operating company and a direct and wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific LifeCorp. (A- issuer default rating).
