New York, Sept. 30 - Aviation Capital Group Corp. priced an upsized $600 million of 10-year senior unsecured notes late Thursday at par to yield 7.125%, an informed source said.
The size was increased from $300 million announced earlier in the day.
The notes (BBB-/BBB-/) have a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 50 basis points. They were sold under Rule 144A.
Bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
The aircraft leasing and asset management company is based in Newport Beach, Calif.
