Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $8.49 million of 0% digital notes due Aug. 20, 2020 linked to the Stoxx Europe 600 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 43.2 %. Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.
