New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $17.65 million buffered PLUS linked to index basket

Columbus, Ohio, May 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $17.65 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 26, 2028 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the Stoxx Europe 600 index (70% weight), the Nikkei 225 index (22.5% weight) and the S&P/ASX 200 index (7.5% weight), according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of basket is greater than its initial value, the payout will be par plus 201% of the basket return.

If the basket falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.

If the basket falls by more than 30%, investors will lose 1.4286% for every 1% decline of the basket beyond 30%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
