New Issue: JPMorgan prices $750,000 8.25% contingent interest autocalls on EM, Stoxx indexes

Chicago, Nov. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $750,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due March 23, 2027 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, MSCI Emerging Markets index and Stoxx Europe 600 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 8.25%, paid quarterly, if each underlying index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related quarterly observation date.

The securities will be called automatically starting March 20, 2023 at par if the level of each underlying index is greater than or equal to its initial level and on any subsequent quarterly review date.

At maturity the payout will be par unless the worst performing index closes below its 60% trigger level in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
