New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.22 million uncapped accelerated barrier notes on indexes, ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.22 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due Oct. 30, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, the Stoxx Europe 600 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each underlier finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus triple the return of the lesser performing underlier.
If any underlier falls but each underlier finishes at or above the 60% barrier level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer.
