New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.75 million review notes on indexes, ETF

New York, Dec. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.75 million of 0% review notes due Oct. 22, 2026 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, Stoxx Europe 600 Banks index and iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at par plus a premium of 15% per year if the worst performing asset closes at or above its call value on any annual review date. The call value for each asset is 100% of its initial value for the first three determination dates and 60% of its initial value on the final determination date.

If the notes have not been automatically called, and therefore the final level of any underlying asset is less than its 60% barrier level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
