Atlanta, May 3 - Colombia's Avianca Holding SA priced a $300 million issue of notes due in 2020 (/B/B+) with a coupon of 8 3/8%, according to a company announcement.
Citigroup and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Avianca said there was $2.3 billion in demand for the offering, which was promoted to investors at roadshows in Bogota, London, Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Lima and Santiago, among other places.
Proceeds will be used to finance the company's fleet of airplanes and for general corporate purposes.
No other pricing details were immediately available on Friday.
Avianca is a Bogota, Colombia-based airline holding company.
