Colombia's Avianca taps bookrunners for dollar notes, roadshow

Atlanta, April 24 - Colombia's Avianca Holding SA has mandated Citigroup and JPMorgan to arrange a roadshow for a dollar-denominated offering of notes, a market source said.

The marketing trip will begin on Friday. A Rule 144A and Regulation S deal is expected to follow.

Avianca is a Bogota, Colombia-based airline holding company.
