Finland’s Stora Enso marketing €300 million 10-year notes; pricing expected Wednesday

Portland, Ore., March 13 – Stora Enso Oyj is expected to price €300 million of 10-year senior notes (Ba1) on Wednesday, according to a London-based sellside source.

Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs are managing the sale.

The prospective issuer is a Helsinki, Finland-based paper and forest products manufacturer.
