Moody's: Stora Enso Oyj view stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on the ratings of Stora Enso Oyj to stable from negative and affirmed its corporate family rating at Ba2 and probability of default rating at Ba2, the senior unsecured notes ratings at Ba2 and short-term rating at not-prime.

The change in outlook reflects the turnaround in Stora Enso's operating performance and cash flow generation visible since the second half of 2009, Moody's said.

The agency said it assumes this trend will continue on the back of implemented price increases especially for packaging products and a moderate demand recovery for paper and forest products, the agency said.
