Stolt-Nielsen contemplates issuing senior notes in Norwegian market

Portland, Ore., June 7 – Stolt-Nielsen Ltd. announced in a Tuesday press release that it is contemplating the issuance of senior unsecured bonds in the Norwegian bond market through increases of one or more of the company’s existing bond issues.

Danske Bank Markets, DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Swedbank have been appointed as the joint lead managers for the deal, which will come with a Rule 144A format for investors in the United States.

The London-based provider of integrated transportation and storage solutions for specialty and bulk liquid chemicals plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
