Moody's: Sterling Infosystems view positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook for Sterling Infosystems, Inc. to positive from stable.

At the same time, the agency affirmed all of Sterling's ratings, including its B2 corporate family rating.

Moody's said the outlook was raised reflecting its expectations for continued improvement in operating performance in what it expects to be a stable operating environment in Sterling's key customer segments over the next few years. The agency believes this supports a continued trend towards de-leveraging and improving credit metrics over the next 12-18 months.
