Steak ‘n Shake to launch credit facility amendment on Monday

New York, Dec. 16 – Steak ‘n Shake is scheduled to hold a lender call at 3 p.m. ET on Monday to launch an amendment to its credit facility and provide an update on the company, according to a market source.

Jefferies Finance LLC is leading the amendment.

Details on the purpose of the amendment are not yet available.

Steak ‘n Shake is a casual restaurant chain based in Indianapolis.
