St. Barbara repurchases A$39.8 million of its convertible notes

Milwaukee, March 12 - St. Barbara Ltd. has repurchased a total of A$39.8 million of its convertible notes, according to a news release.

As previously reported, the company bought back A$1.75 million of the notes for 99.7% of their face value on March 1.

St. Barbara said it repurchased A$38.05 million of the convertible notes at par during the March 8 week.

Upon cancellation of the repurchased notes, A$21.95 million of the notes will remain outstanding.

St. Barbara is a Melbourne, Australia-based gold producer and mineral explorer.
