Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 20 - Statnett SF formalized and signed its previously announced agreement to place $330 million of notes in the U.S. private placement market.
The notes will be issued in three tranches:
• $80 million of 15-year notes;
• $220 million of 20-year notes; and
• $30 million of 30-year notes.
Closing is expected to occur in January 2013, according to a company news release.
Statnett, an electricity distribution company based in Oslo, announced the placement in November.
