Norway’s Statnett hosts investor calls for green bond offering

Chicago, May 30 – Statnett SF will be participating in investor calls for an upcoming €500 million offering of 10-year green bonds (A+), according to a market source.

Calls started on Tuesday.

The size of the deal will not grow.

Barclays, BNP Paribas, NatWest Markets and SEB are working as joint bookrunners on the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance eligible green projects.

The issuer is Norway’s state-owned electricity transmission system operator.
